Capital Growth The group Exposeo, in growth, has raised its capital up to 100 000 €. The company, based at Port Arianne in Lattes (South of France) has launched a growth of capital of 60 000 €.
In order to “face serenely the current economic context, and to continue the development of new tools and new international events”, the specialist of B2B international events launches a capital raise of 60 000 €.
Exposeo has already received intentions of subscriptions of the main shareholders. To a lesser extent, the operation should also allow to “take hold of development opportunities that could turn up during the crisis”.
